What Are You Going For? In our last issue, "Go For a Record!" I asked you, "What record could you go for that would add to your health, wealth, wisdom or peace of mind?" Well, I didn’t realize what that would set off! I’ve received an inbox full of very inspiring emails from readers who are going for records ranging from physical goals to business goals to relationship goals. A Financial Advisor from Chicago wrote that she committed to getting up at 5 in the morning for 100 days in a row. A mom from Germany is on track with her goal to read to her son every night for 100 days in a row. A manager at a dot-com company in California decided to out-do the goal I shared last month and he is doing 100 sit-ups, 100 leg-lifts, and 100 pushups for 100 days in a row. And my wife sent me an email with her personal commitment — "To leave dirty dishes in the sink for 100 days in a row." (Gee, thanks honey) As I mentioned last month, it can be very inspiring to surround yourself with people who are consistently pushing their limits.
