Growing up we’re “fed” information that might not serve us later on in life.
We’re told to “work hard”
We’re told to “keep up with the news”
We’re told to land a “good job”
And guess what…
We end up working hard, but using the “wrong vehicle” to build wealth.
We make more money just to realize that won’t bring more happiness.
And we end up wrong 60h+ because we’re afraid of getting fired.
Growing up HAS to be a process of unlearning old things that no longer serve us.
And you have to do that by yourself.
No one is coming to save you.

It’s a six person from @ahsaunas and we love it!
Thanks to @bl_healthperformance @kathyfettke @kristafettke @alec_denney and @patatatatat for the help carrying all the materials to the build site and the help assembling it.
It took us about 5 hours including a swim break half way through to cool off. It was almost 90 degrees that day. That’s why we had the umbrellas set up.
Now we get to enjoy all the research-backed benefits I wrote about in my previous post on July 20th. Cardiovascular health, detoxification, pain relief, mental well being, better sleep, and more!
